1. The cardinal rule in smart shopping is to avoid paying in retail. Hunt for coupons before making a purchase. Couponing is the best way to save when shopping either in-store or online, and luckily, there are now sites that are solely dedicated for coupons. 2. Stack coupons whenever possible.  Some retailers, allow you to  use  multiple coupons per transaction so maximize your savings  by entering the codes strategically.
