Sarap ng Salo-salo with Kuya J Halo-Halo Espesyal
If you think that
halo-halo can only be enjoyed during the summertime, think again. Kuya J Halo-Halo
Espesyal knows no limits. It was my safe haven during the hot weather and even
now that rainy season is starting to take place. It’s the kind of cold treat
that you'd still gladly eat it in the frozen land of Antarctica because of its
delicious taste. It made me crazy to the point that I keep on pushing even when
the door says pull. I know that didn't make a lot of sense cause this halo-halo
espesyal has been clouding up my mind. If my cravings had a playlist, Kuya J Halo-Halo
Espesyal would be stuck on replay like a broken record.
I know I'm not the only one addicted since
more than a hundred thousand servings are being sold per month. I mean who
could resist a cup of paper-thin shaved flavored ice with creamy milk and a
surprise bottom filled with tasty macapuno, red and green nata de coco, sweet
langka, caramelized saba, ube jam, a heaping spoonful of leche flan, a sprinkle
of corn flakes, and ube cream?
On top of that, it's being
endorsed by one of my forever crush, Jericho Rosales. A perfect balance of hot
and cold indeed, if you know what I mean.
If you haven't tried it
yet, go forth and take a chance on it. It's worth every cent of its 99 pesos'
selling price.
While you're at it, go on
and try some of the other food offered by Kuya J. We got a chance to savor their
other Filipino food like
Kuya
J Crispy Pata
Relyenong
Talong
Danggit
Rice
Kuya
J Kare-Kare
Kuya
J Crispy Catfish
and Jericho also
recommended Sizzling Sisig with egg.

You can check out my
previous post for reference of their mouthwatering main dishes and
crave-quenchers at this link (CLICK HERE).
It's one of the best
restaurant out there in the metro right now. I highly recommend it if you want
a happy and satisfied tummy.
Have a great day people.
