L'OREAL PARIS PHILIPPINES LAUNCHES #MISSMANGA


I was invited to the launch of an amazing product: L'oreal Miss Manga Mascara by False Lash. It was a really fun event, I really loved it! 

When I entered the event at Whitespace Manila, my heart ♥ was racing and my eyes were wide open with excitement when I saw all the cute decorations, so much PINK, cupcakes and dolls. 

I was so happy when I saw my Fab Four friends ♥ We all turned into a kawaii Miss Manga doll. 
Manga is a Japanese art style featured in comic books and graphic novels, featuring characters with big, wide eyes. Taking this as inspiration, L'oreal Makeup Designer/Paris developed a mascara specifically made for Asian lashes to achieve the perfect doll look.

A makeover was done by the L'oreal Makeup Artist wherein I got to experience my lashes dolled up and they did a pretty hairstyle inspired by Miss Manga. I looked like Chun Li of Street Fighter. Love it! ♥ 
I discovered that the secret behind Miss Manga Mascara is its patented conic arched brush. This curved brush with an extra thin tip easily catches even the shortest lashes and bottom lashes, curling them from the root. Also, its Asia-specific formula delivers a perfect curl hold that is 24-hour long-lasting and 12-hour sweat proof. 
The result? The perfect doll lash look –  
lively open eyes with lashes that curl up to frame the eyes like never before. 
After the makeover, we were provided with a workshop kit and first things first: You have to know your lashes to know what kind of mascara you're looking for.

There were also two demonstrations led by L'oreal Philippines Makeup Director and Senior Makeup Artist Gex Garcia- The Baby Doll Look and Flirty Doll Look. You can try these two easy don doll looks with the help of Miss Manga mascara and other L'oreal Makeup Designer/Paris products in the instructions below. I will try to also make a video for you. ♥ 


Miss Manga will be available in L'oreal Paris counters nationwide starting May 1, 2015 for Php599, but will be sold at an introductory price of Php500. 
For a poreless, porcelain complexion and to achieve the perfect doll look, finish with Mat Magique BB Veil pressed powder for an introductory price of only Php300.

    Definitely kawaii! I like the part that they let you know the type of your lashes. Those press kits are so pretty and reusable. :) I would love to try their new products. Will wait for your review about them. :) I will also watch out for their sale on May

    Honestly, Hindi ko problema ang lashes. I have long lashes naturally. :) But yes, I make it a point to enhance it by using mascara sometimes! I think that was a new great Product by l'oreal! Perfect for kawaii moments! :)
