Spanish dietetics specialist Naturhouse is looking to further expand its presence in Asia, with its first shop scheduled to be inaugurated on 6 April this year.

    I have successfully lost 20 pounds without restrictive diets and increased physical activity. It has more to do with changing my schedule and habits (going to bed earlier therefore avoiding evening snacks, eating my mother's home-cooked meals instead of eating out, etc.). However, I still have to lose 7 lbs. in order to get within my normal weight range.

    It's about time that people opt for healthy eating and healthy habits instead of restrictive and unsustainable diets. I am very curious about Natur House's method. I hope I could try their services and products soon.
