Let Hunt's turn you into a Kitchen Superstar!
When I was growing up, I am used to having someone cook for me. I've never been a real fan of kitchen but I am a big fan of eating.
When I ventured out into being a wife, I gradually taught myself, through trial and error and the first heartwarming meal I made was beef mechado using the trusted brand- Hunt's Tomato sauce that can spell the difference between standard and supreme when it comes to serving heartwarming meals.
As the saying goes, The way to the heart is through the stomach so I try my best to cook.
After my three children were born, I became a stay-at-home-mom and had my days to think about and plan my meals for the week. I collected cookbooks and tried out different recipes.
A few years ago, I went back to college to pursue a degree in nursing and I got really busy so I don't even have the time to cook anymore. I was lucky though that my husband is a kitchen superstar and I humbly admit that he can cook better than me.
Currently, I am back to being a stay-at-home mom and spend most of my days in between attending events, blogging in doing household chores including cooking for my family.
Last April 23, 2014, I attended an afternoon of creative culinary experience as we whip up stellar dishes in an exciting and fun cook fest with Hunt's variety of sauces. It was held at the FAB Restaurant, Holiday Inn, Ortigas Pasig City.
I got super excited when I arrived in the venue and saw this beautiful setup.
To further help moms become kitchen superstar, Tomato and spaghetti sauces brand Hunt's has taken home-cooking to new heights and is launching a series of webisodes which focuses on simple yet exciting recipes busy homemakers can whip up.
The Hunt's Kitchen Superstar webisodes each last just a minute and half and shows how easy it is for anyone to be a kitchen superstar with Hunt's Tomato and Spaghetti Sauces.
Hosted by Home-cooking mom, Inez Bernardo. The series aims to assist moms in preparing creative and delicious Hunt's- based dishes that are simply superb.
Moms everywhere can easily serve superstar meals for the whole family to enjoy with Hunt's Tomato and Spaghetti Sauce.

Pork Estofado is a stewed pork dish served with fried plantains and carrots. The use of Hunt's Tomato sauce provide distinction to this dish. It help improve the flavor of the dish.
We had the chance to taste the Pork Estofado and it was very good! Extra Rice please!
The excitement continues as we had our turn to be Hunt's Kitchen Superstar. We were grouped into four teams with three kitchen superstars each.
We were given different recipes to cook depending on the ingredients inside the box on our table.
I've teamed up with my fellow superstar bloggers Chad (I am Mangyan Blogger) and Jen (Jen's Joyful Life).
The ingredients inside our box are olive oil, garlic, onions, celery, chicken breast, mushrooms, salt, pepper, cooked spaghetti, grated quick melt cheese and to make it deliciously flavorful- Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Tomato Basil & Cheese Sauce.
You gotta try this!
Our Hunt's Superstar Creation: Chicken Pesto and Mushroom Melt
Everyone agreed our meal was delicious. The event hosts Gino De la Pena and Delamar Arias can't get enough of our yummy Chicken Pesto and Mushroom Melt.
It was not a competition so I would honestly compliment on the other teams creation too, everything was really delicious!

wow yummy foods made by hunts. I use it in cooking menudo which is my eldest's fave ulam. And also when I prepare spaghetti for the family.
