I don't think it really has a side effects. It is known to be safe and healthy. :-) If you are to drink juice you might as well take something with good benefits. :-)
DeleteWhen I Googled about this, I found out that this is quite popular in Thailand. I'm so interested in this product, particularly the one with Fiber. My fiber is not enough, kaya eto tumataba. I went to Robinson's Supermarket yesterday, wala dun. Mogu-Mogu lang. I'll check-out 7-11 later.
