They also help prevent chronic diseases linked to free-radicals such as cancer, heart disease, Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease.
Because our bodies naturally produce free radicals and we are almost always exposed to the sun, pollution, cigarette smoke or stress, there is probably numerous amounts of free radicals in our bodies. We have to be sure we have enough Vitamin E to fight these free radicals.
Fortunately, there are vitamin E supplements available in the market to make it convenient for those who are not getting enough vitamin E from their diet.
There are natural Vitamin E supplements and it is best to choose natural types vs. synthetic ones.
Natural vitamin E is more bioavailable vs. Synthetic vitamin E.
This means it is absorbed easily and stays longer in the body. Natural vitamin E may seem a little more expensive, however, since it is better absorbed by the body, there is less waste.
The liver recycles natural vitamin E and excretes synthetic forms. Some studies show that you will have to take twice as much synthetic vitamin E to get the same levels in your body you would get from natural vitamin E. You may be buying synthetic vitamin e which will mostly be excreted by the liver.
Vitamin E supplements either start with “d” or “dl”. When it starts with “dl”, it means it’s a synthetic form of vitamin E. DeleteAnonymous, sure. Pwedeng-pwede i-take ang MyraE and other vitamin products as long na hindi ka lumalagpas sa RDI. Ang alam ko 30+IU kapag Vit. E pero ayos lang itake ang MyraE(400IU) kung short-term lang naman. Wala naman kasing masyadong issues pagdating sa overdosed intake of anti-oxidants supplements. Anyway, I started taking supplements when I was 12 y.o ^^ Try taking Vit. E at night together with Vit. C :)

My friend told me about the benefits of this product na convinced naman ako ng bongga pero of course 23 na siya and im only 16, pumuti at nag glow daw siya lalo na nung sinabay niya yung kojic, pwede ba kong mag take ng myra e vitamins tsaka ano yung concrete na myra e na pwde kong itake? kasi diba merong 400iu, 300 etc.

ReplyDeleteAng dami nagsasabi na nakakataba daw pero hindi naman siya nakataba talaga kase vitamin E siya. I think kung ayaw mo tumaba dapat daw ang vitamins take it in the morning then kung gust mo tumaba take your vitamins before you go to sleep.

Im Rona 23yrs old and Im taking Myra E for almost 2yrs (because Im always having a pimples a week before my period so I tried it to lessen my pimple marks and to renew my skin) but on and off kasi minsan wala na ko budget alam nyo naman kapag buhay estudyante so di na muna ko bibili kapag may pera saka na naman ako bibili. Yes totoo nakakablooming sya, palagi ako tinatanong ng mga classmates ko ano daw nilalagay ko sa mukha ko (kahit wala naman ako nilalagay na make up, Im just using sunscreen protection and powder). Then napagkakamalan akong bunso saming magkakapatid samantalang ako yung panganay. Nung una everyday ako nagtetake and then last yr lang nabasa ko sa mga reviews na mas kita yung effect nya kapag sinabayan ng vit c. And then nabasa ko rin na kapag fat soluble di agad agad naaabsorb ng body natin so dapat every other day ang gamit. Myra E is fat soluble unlike mga vit c na water soluble kapag nasobrahan pinaflash din ng body natin. So now I take it with vit c every other day at night. Mas pansin ko yung effect nya ngayon unlike before. Mas makakatipid ka pa kasi yung 1bottle good for 2months na. Never akong tumaba actually gustong gusto ko nga tumaba pero never ako naggain ng weight.

ReplyDeleteBased on my experience, mas effective yung myra 300e kaysa 400e. sa 300e, in just 1week ng pag take kitako na agad yung effect sa face ko, unlike sa 400e na halos wala namang pagbabago in 1 week. Kaya siguro di nila masyado ini-endorse yung myra 300e kasi mas mabilis ang effect nito compared sa 400e, kung nag 300e ka nga naman di ka na kailangan mag take everyday kasi mabilis yung effect, meaning less sales for them. Kaso mahirap na makahanap ng myra 300e ngayon, laging "out-of-stock".

ReplyDelete16 years old po ako. And I started taking Myra-E last month, I think. But I stopped. Then, uminom po ako ulit ngayong month. I promised na hindi ako hihinto sa pag inom. I have a very dark skin tone po, tbh. Then my mom told me na medyo nag light daw po yung skin ko. May nabasa po kasi akong blog na dapat daw po uminom ng Myra-E, eh yung 19 years old and above. ReplyDeleteNo, I don't think Myra E will make you gain weight. Although I cannot attest to that and because I do heard from a lot of people too that they became fat or gained weight while taking Myra E. I asked the doctor about it and he just suggest to take it in the morning, so you will have time to burn. :-)

ReplyDeleteI just started using this because I noticed that when you reach a certain age, glowing skin has become harder to achieve. I work at night too so a lot of things are sacrificed, pimples and everything else have taken over my life and it made me feel insecure.

Hello po, need ko po advice asap. I just bought Myra E 400 IU and the sales assistance in the drugstore advice me not to take everyday dahil matagal daw nawawala yung vitamins sa body. She said I need to take once a week. Is it true not to take everyday?

Hello! I started taking Myra E 400 IU last week. Nakaka1week ako today. On the third day of taking it naglabasan pimples and whiteheads ko ang madami sila pero maliliit lang. is this normal?like purging effect lang ba to? Anyone of you have experienced this? Hindi ako mapimples pero after taking it andami naglabasan. 😭 Ayaw ko magstop sana kasi sayang 1bottle ung binili ko. Thanks in advance!
